Privacy policy

Delewarellc collects only the data needed to form a Delaware LLC on your behalf. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how to request deletion.

Data we collect

  • Identity: passport scan, full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, residential address abroad.
  • Business: LLC name preferences, business activity description, intended state of operation, owner email and phone.
  • Payment: Stripe processes the $297 payment; we never see your full card number. Stripe retains payment metadata under its own privacy policy.
  • Communications: WhatsApp messages and email correspondence with our team for the duration of the engagement.

How we use the data

  • Filing the Delaware Certificate of Formation with the Delaware Division of Corporations.
  • Preparing and submitting IRS Form SS-4 to obtain the EIN.
  • Submitting bank applications to Mercury, Wise, Relay, Lili, and Payoneer on your behalf.
  • Sending you the formation documents and annual compliance reminders.

Who we share data with

  • Delaware Division of Corporations (Certificate of Formation filing).
  • Internal Revenue Service (Form SS-4 EIN application).
  • The banks you apply to (only the documents each bank requires).
  • Stripe (for payment processing only).

We do not sell your data. We do not share data with marketing third parties.

Data retention

We retain formation documents (Certificate of Formation, EIN letter, Operating Agreement) indefinitely so we can resend them if you ever lose them. Identity documents (passport scans) are retained for 7 years per US business record retention norms, then deleted. You may request earlier deletion of any non-essential data.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. Email us at hello@delewarellc.com. We aim to respond within 7 business days. Note that some data (Certificate of Formation, EIN letter) is part of permanent government records and cannot be deleted from those records.
