1. What information we collect
We collect three categories of information:
- Information you provide. Your name, passport details, intended LLC name, mailing address, email, WhatsApp number, and any documents you upload when ordering an LLC formation, EIN application, or ITIN service.
- Payment information. Stripe processes payments on our behalf. We receive the last 4 digits of your card and a transaction reference; we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage information. Pages visited, time on page, referrer, browser, and approximate location (country/region only) via Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. We use Clarity for anonymized session recordings to debug user-experience issues.
2. How we use information
We use your information to:
- File your Delaware LLC, EIN application, ITIN application, and other ordered services with the Delaware Division of Corporations and the Internal Revenue Service.
- Maintain your registered agent address on file with the State of Delaware.
- Send compliance reminders (franchise tax, Form 5472, BOI report deadlines) by email or WhatsApp.
- Respond to support questions on WhatsApp and email.
- Improve site performance and content through anonymized analytics.
3. Who we share information with
We share information only with parties needed to deliver the service:
- The Delaware Division of Corporations for LLC formation, registered agent records, and franchise tax filings.
- The Internal Revenue Service for EIN applications (Form SS-4), ITIN applications (Form W-7), and Form 5472 filings.
- FinCEN for BOI (Beneficial Ownership Information) reports.
- Stripe for payment processing.
- Bank partners (Mercury, Relay, Wise) only when you ask us to introduce you for a US business bank account.
- Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for anonymized usage analytics.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share data with advertisers.
4. Cookies and tracking
This site uses cookies for analytics and to remember basic preferences. Specifically:
- Google Analytics 4 (cookie names starting with
_ga): page-view and event measurement. - Microsoft Clarity (
_clck,_clsk): session recording and heatmaps for UX debugging.
You may disable cookies in your browser. Disabling cookies does not block you from using delewarellc.com or completing an order.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR (EU/UK residents) and CCPA (California residents), you have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your information, subject to legal obligations to retain records (the IRS requires us to retain LLC formation records for 7 years).
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent for analytics by disabling cookies.
Send all data-rights requests to privacy@delewarellc.com. We respond within 30 days.
6. Data retention
We retain LLC formation records, EIN confirmations, ITIN paperwork, and related correspondence for 7 years to comply with IRS and Delaware Division of Corporations record-keeping rules. Analytics data is retained for 14 months in GA4 and 13 months in Microsoft Clarity, after which it is automatically deleted.
7. Data location and transfers
Topslice LLC processes data through providers located in the United States. By using delewarellc.com from outside the US, you consent to your information being transferred to and processed in the US, where the laws and standards may differ from those in your country of residence.
8. Children
delewarellc.com is intended for adults forming a US business. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Security
We use HTTPS encryption on every page. Payment data flows directly to Stripe and is never stored on our servers. Sensitive documents (passport scans, IRS forms) are stored in encrypted cloud storage with access limited to the delewarellc.com filing team.
10. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when services or laws change. The "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Material changes are emailed to active customers.
